The CADDIES Project comprises of three partners located throughout the Central Baltic region. The Project is divided into five Work packages. Hyresbostäder in Norrköping has the role of Lead Partner with each Partner being responsible for at least one Work package as well as coordination of its own individual national Project.

As the Lead Partner, Hyresbostäder in Norrköping is responsible for Work package 1 (WP 1) which is mainly focused on Project Management and Coordination. Related to this package is Work package 5 (WP 5), which is aimed at developing tools; creating information channels and dissemination of information. Together these two packages administrate and document the progress of CADDIES as well as keep track of the development of the Project.

Work packages 2-4 will develop and implement the Project models covering the focus areas of each city. WP 2 (Strategy building and Neighbourhood visions) is lead by Helka; WP3 (Local Communication Structures) by Hyresbostäder and WP 4 (Involvement and Development) by Riga City Council Housing and Environment Department. The responsibility of a Work Package includes coordination as well as management of the WP; however, all Partners and their focus areas will also be involved in the implementation process and the testing of the models.
